Charges – Mainland UK only (excludes Highlands & Islands)
Standard Delivery – £8.00 on each order (Only £5.00 on Tester Pot orders). Estimated delivery 2-3 days
If any part of your order is temporarily out of stock and dispatch is anticipated to be delayed at all, we will contact you by e-mail to notify you of the new anticipated delivery date. If possible we will split your order so you receive goods in stock in a timely manner.
Returns
We hope you will love the products you receive, but should you have reason to return these to us, we would be happy to issue a refund if returned to us within 21 days of receipt of the goods. It is the customers responsibility to organise the return. Goods should be returned in the original packaging where possible or suitable packaging to avoid any damages during the return. If the product is returned damaged a refund will not be given.
In the event of faulty goods or damaged parcels please contact our customer service on enquiries@dekors.co.uk who will be able to arrange replacement goods where possible or a full refund. Tinted Paint products cannot be returned or exchanged and once your order has been processed this cannot be amended or cancelled. Please check your tinted paint on receipt (and in any case before use), to ensure they are correct. If you believe there has been an error with your tinted order, please contact our customer services team.
In any other event of return we will happily refund wallpaper or non-Tinted Paint products providing it is in a fully resaleable condition with no packaging damaged or opened, within 21 days of receipt of goods. Please note the buyer is responsible for returning the goods at their own costs in these instances and we would recommend gaining a proof of delivery from your selected provider. Returns should be sent to the following address and include a name and order information. Please contact our customer services team should you need any further guidance or information.
